About Us
Matt Hanniff
One of my favorite things to do is spend time in nature, from hiking or walking to sitting and enjoying. I love chasing sunsets and other beautiful views. I also enjoy cooking, reading, and exploring new cities. Professionally, I work as a banking strategy and efficiency consultant. My job is chaotic in nature, but I am constantly learning new things. I've been a Christian all my life, but re-dedicated myself to Christ as a young adult. Now, I'm blessed to be co-leading an amazing small group of other young adults with Joslyn. Our group conversations have grown me immeasurably and my hope is to be able to share those relatable and deep conversations with others!

Joslyn Garcia
I've been a church-goer since the womb and a Christian for half my life. Overall, I have attended dozens of churches and been a member of 4 completely different ones. During the weekdays, I work full-time as a patent engineer, helping companies earn high-tech patents. For fun, I love hitting the gym, grabbing dinner with friends, and co-leading a bible study small group with Matt. Matt and I are part of an amazing team at Saddleback Church that organizes events, resources, and studies for young professionals and it's been a passion for us to invite others into community virtually through our podcast!

- Things that make me feel blessed: my adorable nephew and niece, verbal encouragement, chunky blankets, when Matt takes my kitchen trash out =)
